Yahoo! Food recently posted an article on the top ten foods to eat before you go sleep in order to help ensure sweet dreams. Some of the usuals are on there like warm milk and tea, but also some odd foods like bananas and potatoes. They also include a nifty recipe for sleep-inducing muffins.
