Eatables

Aloha and happy new year! One year ago today, on New Year’s Eve, Eatables was born! I can’t believe it’s already been a year. It’s amazing how much time flies. Eatables has developed a lot over the last year, moving from Blogger to WordPress. And now I’m even thinking of moving to my own domain.Speaking of which, I need your help readers. Unfortunately, www.eatables.com is taken so I have to pick something else. I can’t really decide what to make the web address that’s easy to spell and remember, and of course, still has “eatables” in the address.Have any ideas or suggestions? Let me know in the comments.Anyway, back to reminiscing… Here is a round up of some of my favourite recipes from this year are:

• Bacon ranch dip
• Cheese-stuffed chicken
• Grilled pork tenderloin
• Roasted asparagus with thyme
• Devil’s food cake with banana
• Butterscotch haystacks
